Shipping policy

At Circle & Cross, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible — wherever you are in the world.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Destinations We only ship to United Kingdom, and it will take 2-7 business days for delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at tainancircle2024@gmail.com. We'll investigate promptly and work with you to find the best resolution — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Damaged Items in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
